Ordering Information

US Rhinestone products are available through a network of registered promotional products distributors and industry related re-sellers. Order Checklist
Be sure to check your order against the following list to ensure speedy and accurate order placement. If you have questions concerning material, quality, color, or design, it is best to order a sample before placing an order.

  1. Contact information, including billing address.
  2. Item name, number, color, and quantity.
  3. Pricing, including set up and run charges, if applicable (reference any quotes or specials).
  4. Artwork instructions (reorder number, typesetting instructions, when art was emailed, etc.)
  5. Imprint color, size, and location.
  6. Ship-to address, ship method, and event date, if applicable.


Order Placement & Shipping
Please submit orders/artwork online or via email to orders@usrhinestone.com. When submitted via email, please include company name and PO number in subject line. Phone orders will require an email order confirmation.


Standard production time is 7 to 10 business days from proof approval, order confirmation / prepay invoice approval and receipt of prepayment. Shipping time is not considered in production time. Some exclusions may apply such as peak seasons, large orders and art changes. Additions to any order already approved and in process will be considered a “new order”.

Shipment Method: F.O.B. Tampa, FL. US Rhinestone reserves the right to determine the best shipping method unless specifically pre-routed by customer. All costs of transportation and insurance shall be borne by the customer and all risk of loss shall pass to the customer when the goods are delivered to the carrier, whether the carrier is selected by customer or by US Rhinestone. Customer agrees that any additional carrier charges incurred due to incorrect information provided by customer and/or non-payment of 3rd party shipments to carrier will be invoiced and charged to credit card on file. 3rd party shipments are subject to additional handling charges.

Standard bulk packaging is used unless otherwise noted. Call for quote on special packaging costs, i.e. insertions, mailers, poly bags, etc.

Cancellations or changes
Orders cancelled during production will be charged for the work completed at the time of cancellation plus any applicable re-stocking and/or credit card fees. All cancellations or changes must be made in writing. Changes may delay shipments and charges may apply. 

Credit Terms
All orders will be shipped on credit card or company check prepayment unless alternate credit terms have been approved prior to order submission.

Deposit and Payment
Certain orders may require a deposit. We accept company check, cashier’s check, Visa, Master Card and American Express. Past due invoices are subject to a late payment charge

Combined Quantity Pricing
Order two or more products on the same PO with the same imprint and imprint method, and take the combined quantity pricing for all products. All items must meet catalog minimums per style and color and ship at the same time.

Over Runs and Under Runs
Although we normally ship exact quantities, all orders are subject to over runs or under runs of 5-7% or 1 piece (whichever is greater).

Fabric / Rhinestones / Raw Materials
Due to the nature of raw materials, we cannot guarantee color match from one dye lot to another. Variances in color, shade, texture, size, and construction of finished goods may occasionally occur. We reserve the right to change, correct, or improve products without notice. No adjustments or claims will be processed regarding these variances.  

Product Size 
The dimensions of all products advertised on website are approximate and may vary up to 1". No adjustments or claims will be processed regarding slight size variances. For custom products requested specifically by buyer, it is assumed that buyer has researched dimensions independently prior to ordering.

Product Representations 
Every effort has been made to ensure all product images, proofs and virtual proofs are accurate and true to the product. However, due to changes in stock, screen color variations and other factors, we encourage you to request a sample before placing your order so that you can be sure the product is exactly what you’re expecting. Small variations in images and virtual proofs are to be expected and will not result in credits.

Contract Decorating 
Although our normal spoilage is insignificant, we do allow for 1 piece or 2% damage, whichever is greater. If your order is quantity critical, please note this on your PO and provide at least one additional piece per size. For orders incorporating multiple decoration methods into the same design such as screen printing and rhinestones, the additional pieces will be printed in order to accommodate potential spoilage in the rhinestone decorating process which happens after printing is complete. Garment defects are not included in this spoilage rate. We check in garments, decorate and ship on the same day in many instances and will notify you if we encounter garment defects when checking in garments so you can order additional garments if necessary. For orders incorporating multiple decoration methods into the same design such as screen printing and rhinestones, US Rhinestone is not responsible for alignment of any decoration produced by a third party printer. US Rhinestone is also not responsible for any damages to customer supplied garments or for the compatibility of customer supplied garments to our decoration processes.

Heat Transfer Instructions
Below are instructions for application of rhinestone transfers utilizing a heat press, which is the preferred method to ensure a professional look and longevity of the garment.

Please keep in mind that all heat presses are different. This is simply a guideline that has proven effective during our production process.

  1. Preheat the Heat Press to 345 degrees F.
  2. Set pressure to medium (4 to 6 on manual presses).
  3. In order to minimize shifting of stones during transport when shipping a large quantity of small transfers, we package in sheets of 2 to 6 transfers per sheet. If your transfers fall into this category, please carefully cut the transfers apart with sharp scissors. Some find it easier to lay the transfers face down on a flat surface in a well lit area to cut.
  4. Make sure all stones in the transfer are in place (there may be shifting of the stones during transport). If any of the stones have moved, simply realign them utilizing tweezers.
  5. Pre-press garment for 5-8 seconds to remove moisture and wrinkles
  6. Peel the white backing sheet off the transfer and discard.
  7. Place the design, face forward (sticky side down) on the garment. Be sure to check for centering and leveling of the design. If the design is not in the proper location, gently lift it off the garment and reposition.
  8. It is recommended that a protective sheet (teflon or kraft paper) be placed over the garment and transfer to protect against possible heat marks. For thin or sheer garments, it is also recommended to place a protective sheet inside the garment (under the design area) before pressing. This will help avoid the possibility of the glue from the stones adhering the front of the shirt to the back. This can happen with thin garments and will result in the front and back of the shirt being stuck (glued) together. If that happens, just pull front and back apart while the shirt is still hot.
  9. Press for 16-20 seconds. Stones larger than 3mm or designs that utilize multiple size stones may require a few extra seconds of pressing time.
  10. When done, release the press, remove the garment and let the transfer cool down before slowly peeling off the film. You may want to use a heat eraser, though rubbing a small towel over the transfer for a few seconds works fine. If any stones don't stick, check the back of the stone to make sure it has glue, replace it and re-press. A small bag of extra stones has been provided for this purpose.

Please note: It is recommended that you pre-test dark colored garments and/or garments made with synthetic materials for color changes due to heat before applying your rhinestone transfers. If you are pressing onto garments made of synthetic materials, it is also recommended that you test a small area of your garment prior to production in order to ensure material can withstand the temperature outlined above. If scorching occurs, it may be necessary to reduce the temperature and increase the dwell time. If pressing onto garments that have been decorated with other methods such as screen printing, please ensure that the stones and studs are not placed directly on the existing decoration as they may not adhere properly.

Laundering Instructions
After rhinestone transfers have been applied to garments, please use the following laundering instructions: Turn garment inside out; Gentle wash / mild detergent / no fabric softeners; Hang dry; Do not dry clean. We can provide Care Instruction hang tags for your finished garments upon request.

Product Safety
While we do use CPSIA compliant blank apparel items and low lead rhinestones in the embellishment process, none of our products are designed or intended for children under the age of 12. If CPSIA certification is required for an order, please let us know in advance so we can work with you to arrange for independent testing.

We measure our success based on customer satisfaction. This is achieved by customers getting what they want, when they need it. We will never produce your order until you have approved both product specifications and a FREE electronic art proof.

We guarantee that all orders will meet your approved specifications or we will rerun your order or credit your account.

If for some reason you feel your merchandise does not match your approved specifications, simply email info@usrhinestone.com and let us know your order number, the date of your purchase, what you would like to return and why you want to return it.

No returns will be accepted after 15 days of receipt of purchase. Items that are not in their original packaging cannot be returned. Items with noticeable wear cannot be returned. Items must be in like new condition to be eligible for return. Rhinestone transfers & finished apparel returns will be accepted in the case of defective materials only. Failure to notify US Rhinestone of any dispute with respect to defective merchandise or billing shall constitute a waiver of all such disputes. We are not responsible for finished apparel if transfers are not applied to garment by US Rhinestone. All shipping charges for returning products to us must be paid by the returnee. We do not reimburse shipping charges.

Copyright / Trademark
Customer warrants that they have the legal right to use the marks, symbols, or designs depicted in the artwork and shall indemnify and hold US Rhinestone harmless in any infringement actions as a result of reproducing the artwork. Purchase of products that use US Rhinestone design(s) is a license to "use" (re-sell garments decorated by US Rhinestone or apply transfers provided by US Rhinestone to garment or other object) for personal or resale use. No other permission is written or implied. Duplication, reproduction or changing of design(s) is prohibited.

The artwork, designs and trademarks imprinted on the products displayed on our website and marketing materials are reproduced only as examples of the type and quality of decorated products available. They are not intended to represent that the products are either endorsed by, or produced for the owners of the artwork, design or trademark.

Pricing and Order Acceptance
All prices, including open quotes or estimates for custom products and/or services, are subject to change. We will make every effort to notify you as quickly as possible when pricing for open quotes or estimates provided within the last 30 days must be changed. For catalog products, please check website for our most current pricing. All orders will be acknowledged via email and are binding upon US Rhinestone only after acceptance by US Rhinestone with a formal order confirmation or pre-pay invoice.

Legal Notice
These terms and conditions govern the sale of products and the provision of services by US Rhinestone and its divisions, subsidiaries and affiliates and take precedence over buyer’s supplemental or conflicting terms and conditions. Neither US Rhinestone’s commencement of performance or delivery shall be deemed or constituted as acceptance of buyer’s supplemental terms and conditions. Buyer’s approval of order confirmation or pre-pay invoice from US Rhinestone shall be deemed to constitute acceptance of the terms and conditions contained herein.
